IBM PowerHA SystemMirror for AIX*, V6.1 and V7.1 adds support for the IBM System Storage SAN Volume Controller (SVC) Software V7.1 &V7.2. This includes the High Availability and Disaster Recovery (HA/DR) capabilities of IBM PowerHA SystemMirror for AIX V6.1 , V7.1.2 and v7.1.3Enterprise Edition.

This support includes SVC V7.1 orV7.2 software running on the IBM Storwize family of storage controllers.SVC
V7.1 / v7.2 was tested and qualifiedwith the following AIX/PowerHA levels:.
 AIX V6.1 
 AIX V7.1 
 PowerHA V6.1 Enterprise Edition 
PowerHA V6.1 SP6
AIX V6.1 TL 8
PowerHA V6.1 SP6
AIX V7.1 TL 2
 PowerHA V7.1Enterprise Edition

 Restrictions: 

The support in this Flash does not cover the 'Change Volumes' facility of SVC Global Mirror.

This support does not include SVC ‘Native IP Replication’.

 Notes: 

This support includes FC-attach, VIOS/vSCSI, and VIOS/NPIV
