Here is a situation that some Maximo Users have come across when attempting to change the status of a Work Order that has a Data Sheet associated... the New Status field lookup does not display Completed status.

 

The reason for this is deliberate, and is resolved by entering values for the "As Found" and "As Left" fields.  The As Found and As Left values are required components of the Data Sheet validation. When a Data Sheet (containing Function Points) is associated to a Work Oorder, the Work Order can be completed only if the following values are filled:

As Found Pass/Fail
As Left Pass/Fail

Until these values are populated and Saved, the status "Completed" is not visible in the Change Status field lookup.  Hopefully this is the quick fix in your situation.
